Laura Ilene Ryals East

Laura East, 72, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died Wednesday, August 16, 2017. She was born February 10, 1945 to Esper John Ryals and Ona Marie Ryals of Greenfield, Missouri.

Laura married Bill Dill, in February of 1963. They had ywo children, Daryl Dill and Veronica (Dill) Justice. Bill preceded her in death.

In April of 1984, Laura married Joel East. From this marriage are 2 step-children, Mike East and Cathy Derrick. Joe preceded her in death.

Also surviving Laura are two sisters, Mary Duffy and Beverly Sexton and one brother, Fred Ryals; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Memorial graveside services will be held at the Pennsboro Cemetery in Pennsboro, Missouri, on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at Simmons Bank in care of Daryl Dill for assistance with funeral expenses.
