Ruth Ann Brasher Niehoff

Ruth Ann Brasher Niehoff, of Stockton, Missouri, gained her wings on Saturday February 10, 2024 at the age of 71.

Ruthie was born March 19, 1952 in Nevada, Missouri to Guy and Grace Brasher. She grew up on a dairy farm with three brothers and two sisters near Jerico Springs, Missouri. She graduated from El Dorado Springs High School in 1970 and attended two years of college.

On September 12, 1975, she married the love of her life, Willie Niehoff. They were blessed with two children, Heidi Niehoff Enloe and Willie Guy Niehoff. She was saved and baptized at a young age and was a faithful member of the Arcola Christian Church.

Ruthie worked at Central States Printing, Hammons Products, the Stockton School District as a teacher’s aide, and fifteen plus years as a babysitter. She loved going to the lake, attending her grandkids’ sporting events, watching Khloe rodeo, feeding her hummingbirds, going on roadtrips with her dear friends Beth and Ella, and eating her favorite candy, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

Ruthie was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Grace Brasher; her in-laws, Bob and Dorothy Niehoff; her sister, Merribell Jones; her brother and sister -in-law, Larry and Helen Brasher; her sister- in-laws, Allena Brasher and Pam Jones. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Willie Niehoff; daughter Heidi Enloe (Jay) of Rogersville, Missouri; son, Willie Guy Niehoff (Sarah) of South Greenfield, Missouri; five grandchildren: Alyvia Niehoff, Paxton Enloe, Khloe Niehoff, Barrett Enloe and Laramie Niehoff; as well as two that she claimed as her grandkids, Charlie Lane Burns and Bo Burns; two brothers, Jerry Brasher (Linda) and J.C. Brasher; sister, Beverly Cunningham (Dewayne); as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House in honor of Barrett Enloe.

Services, under the care and direction of Bland-Brumback Funeral Home in Stockton, Missouri, were held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at the Arcola Christian Church with graveside services following.
