Todd Wesley Martin Charged in Recent Disturbance

Information provided is from the Probable Cause Statement released by Dade County Sherrif Office.

Martin is charged with terrorist threat, endangering welfare of child, harassment, armed criminal action, and assault.

Martin pointed a gun at a man and his granddaughter. The man locked his granddaughter in car, then Martin moved away. Dade County sheriff's office arrived at Dollar General in Greenfield and had the employees and customers move to the back of store.

Martin has a past record with a felony charge in Greene County that was dismissed.

Martin has a conviction in New Mexico of involuntary manslaughter, DWI in Christain County, as well as convictions in Dade County for possessing and selling illegal weapons while shooting from motor vehicle. He is currently being held without bond in Cedar County Jail.
