Sharon Kay (Boehne) Cameron

December 23, 2022

On September 15th, 1955, Sharon Kay (Boehne) Cameron of Republic, MO set off on a journey of a lifetime. It began in Lockwood, MO, and would consist of 67 years of exploration. As with any excursion of this length, it was fraught with its shares of triumph and tragedies. Day-to-day survival that taught her lessons to make it a week, then a year, then a lifetime. She was without a doubt a fearless traveler in this world. Of all the experiences she held most dear were the parts of her trek spent with family and close friends, cooking a Southern meal and making lifelong memories.

On Saturday, December 17, 2022 surrounded by the family she held so dear, she ended this journey and begin a new one. Those who preceded her in their own further voyages are her parents, Harold Ray and Helen Boehne, her first husband Robert Covert, and her second husband Larry Cameron, one sister Susan Boehne, and one brother Michael Boehne. She is now celebrating with each of them again.

Seeing her off on this latest adventure includes six children: Tiffanie Dawn Maskell and her husband Don of Framingham, MA and their children, Davin and Draydin; Melissa Kay McCann and her husband Patrick of St. Charles, MO and their son Taylor; Angelia Lea Schrope and her husband Butch of Australia and their children Connor, Chandler, Cooper and Carter; Adam Lee Cameron and his wife Tiffany of Redlands, CA and their children, Kendall, Kirsten, Kassidy, Kadin, and Kole; Kimberly Sue Reamsnider and her husband Mike of Springfield, MO and their children Ryan and Jordyn; and Erin Rae Murillo and her husband Rick of Covington, WA and their daughter Sophia Kay. She leaves behind her brother, Bobby Ray Boehne and his wife Kay, and sister Donna Gay Evans - and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
