Thomas Arthur Checkett, age 86, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died Saturday, November 6, 2021, at the Aurora Nursing Center, in Aurora, Missouri.

A visitation will be held from 8-10 a.m. on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon with a funeral Mass to follow at 11 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Aurora. Burial will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to any local Humane Society or Food Pantry, in care of the funeral home.

Randall “Randy” Lee Conaway, age 72, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at his home.

A funeral service under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, was held Monday, November 15, 2021, at the First Christian Church, 703 S. Hickory St., Mt. Vernon. Burial with full military honors followed at the Summit Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the MVH Assistance League (Missouri Veteran’s Home), in care of the funeral home.

Connie Mae Ebert, age 71, of Aurora, Missouri, died Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at her home.

A funeral service was held Friday, November 12, 2021, at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora with burial to follow at Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora.
