Shirley Ann Blackburn (Thompson), 89, Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died on Saturday, June 5, 2021.

Celebration of Life Service was held Tuesday June 8, 2021 at the Fossett Mosher Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Missouri. Burial took place on the hill of the Mount Vernon City Park Cemetery, just north of the Senior Center.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in her honor to Kehilat Nahar Zerach River Rising Congregation (541 Country Lane) in Mount Vernon.
