Norma Sue (Hill) Stump Quapaw

Norma Sue (Hill) Stump Quapaw, of Greenfield, Missouri, departed to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at the Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehabilitation Facility in Lockwood, Missouri, at the age of 82.

She was born on December 7, 1938 in Dade County, Missouri, to Bailey and Jewel (Sparks) Hill. Sue lived a full life of being employed as a nurse, then an administrator, while loving to be with her family and caring for her dogs. She was a beloved mother of five children.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Bailey and Jewel Hill; a brother, Leon Hill; a sister, Doris Spain; and her son, Tracy Stump.

Survivors include one son, James M. Stump and wife, Debra; three daughters: Beverley (Stump) Malaney and husband, Ron; Debbie McCreary and husband, John; and Becky Obert and husband, Wes; 15 grandchildren: Michael, Howard, Christopher, Derek, Lukus, Sarah, Caleb, Hannah, Trent, Dean, Kim, Ashlyn, Nichole, Austin, and James; 23 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehabilitation Facility.
