Charles Wakefield “C.W.” McGuire, of Lockwood, Missouri, died Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 72.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the Lockwood American Legion Post #372.

Gary Eugene Emerson, age 61, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died Thursday, November 5, 2020, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield after being hospitalized with COVID-19 for several weeks.

A funeral service, under the direction and care of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, was held Monday, November 9, 2020, at the Mt. Vernon Church of Christ. A private family burial service followed in the Campground Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made payable to the Happy Hollow Bible Camp or the Fair Haven Children’s Home, in care of the funeral home.
